Media Encoder 2020 changes colors from after effects project when rendering

Good morning;

I have a curious result when I render my AE project with Media Encoder last build. The red and yellows of the flames of the torches on my scene get all yellow, reds disaepearing completely (see pictures hereunder). I saw different posts here and else where concerned with this problems but no solution offered to this day. Has anyone a suggestion to solve this matter.

I'm using AE 17.6.0 build 46 with Win 10 pro

Thanks

Claude

I wonder the torches include the alpha channel. The alpha channel is not recognized if it is so.

Hi ToolfarmJP,

The flames of the torches are mov videos used as custome textures maps on the E3D elements used in the scene which made it easier for me to make sure they remained attached to the torche mast when dollying in the Temple Cella. I've applied the flame to a plane which I made transparent as you can see in the following picture of the scene view inside Element 3D setup. If I use a format without alpha (mp4) I see the plane around the flame. What doesn't make sense is that inside AE the colors are correct and after the scene being encoded with Media Encoder they are distorted and totally changed.
