Memory leak with time remapping

Question

I have an extremely simple project with two adjustment layers with minimal effects and two video files. The second I enable time remapping for the video files After Effects fails to render more than a few frames and gives a low ram warning. I only have 16 GB tho, but the simplicity of the project is what concerns me. Anyone else have this issue on the new version?

We can get this checked. Please share more details about the project. Which effects have you applied? What are the details of the footage you're working with (frame rate, frame size, format/codec)? Are there any third-party plug-ins in use?
