Mesh warp

Hello, I am making a short animated video and I have been able to distort - mesh warp the background to unravel as paper. But I cannot repeat this features on a new image - so ontop of the bakcground. Does anyone know why it might not be working and how I can do this please. 🙂

Your screenshot showing the Mesh Warped wall has the CTI (current time indicator) over the Wall layer, not the door layer. Place the CTI over the Door Layer, select the Door layer, and press 'uu' to reveal all modified properties. You should see the Mesh Warp effect. If you don't see the Mesh Warp effect, press 'e' to show all effects on that layer. Solo the layer and make adjustments if it is there. Make sure the effect is turned on.

Show us a screenshot! The catch probably is that you didn't consider effects b eing based on layer coordinates and sizes and now can't just copy& paste stuff. Pre-composing may be necessary.

which part should I show a screenshot of? what I currently have? would that be helpful ?
