Even though I installed the Twixtor pro plugin, it gave me the error "effect missing", I deleted it again and installed it, but it didn't work.

I have a question, when I add a clip in after effects, the clip becomes blurry. It has not been resolved.

@leon37776637xqe7

In your screenshot, the Composition Resolution is set to "Custom".

Try setting that to "Auto".   Since your Magnification is at 25%, that will automatically set the Resolution to "Quarter".

When evaluating picture quality, we want the Magnification to be at 100% and the Resolution to be at "Full".

It's common to lower the Resolution (Half, Quarter, or Custom) while animating to work quickly and then check things at Full now and again ull

@leon37776637xqe7

From your screenshots, it looks like you have Twixtor Pro installed.

The version you have installed may be older or newer than the version used in the preset, resulting in a missing effect message instead of a message about needing to update or roll back.  There could also be something happening with Twixtor Pro needing to be activated.

You should be able to apply the preset with the effect missing, then apply Twixtor Pro again and manaully match the settings used; however, I'd reach out to RE:Vision support about this.

I did it but it still gives the same error, it says missing effect and delete effect.

Is this where you are looking for it?

I entered After Effects 2024, then I entered the Effects section, but there is no Manage Effects there.

In addition to checking the Effects Manager in After Effects, double-check that you see the effects in the Finder.

Can you go to Effects > Manage Effects... in the main Application Menu and see if Twixtor is disabled? If it is enabled, I'd suggest reaching out to RE:Vision Effects
