missing files in AE because of a crash disk - Anyway to find them in the cache folder ?

Hello,

i just had a crash disk few days ago.

it started to be really slow, so i decided to make a quick back up of a AE projet that i was working on.

it was very long, and the back up crash before the end.

So today, i have a copy of the projet file, but i haven't all the source files.

the cache directory was on another hard drive, so i was asking myself, is there any way to get get back source file, maybe copied in the cache ?

in the cache directory, there's many folders and files that i don't how to use, but can someone help me ?

My hard drive who crashed will maybe never be back so i really need help..!
