Motion blur won't work on warp effect (AE 22.5)

When I use the warp effect (fisheye specifically) usually it has motion blur when I apply graphs but for some reason, it won't? I have motion blur enabled and I'm using the regular 3d renderer so it's not those things. And I did also try cc force motion blur but it did nothing to the fisheye effect. I'm using AE 22.5 on Windows 10 64bit.
