Hey,

after write this post in here i have send an email to the ones that developed this product, Now i'm Waiting for a replay.

I thought maybe someone had this problem before and can help also.

Without any system info and other technical details we can't really tell you much. Start by verifying your user permissions and the relevant network access settings in the AE prefs so the script can actualyl function correctly and access all files.

    Hey, Thanks for your replay.

     

    If you talk about the "allow scripts to write files and access network" i have this option on.

     

    My system is:

    Windows 10 1909

    Adobe After Effects version 17.0.4.

    RTX 2080TI

    I9-9900K
