Motion Factory panel empty

I'm trying to work with particles and smokey text so I installed the Motion Factory extension. But the Motion Factory panel is completely blank. It looks like this

When it should be looking like this

Does anyone know why? I'm also using CC 2015.

you need to download and install some package to be able to see it inside motion factory, anyway you can contact pixflow also and ask for support

Hey man, have you solved you problem? Mine Motion Factory keeps loading but don't open... It was that what was happening to you?

    Did you allowed scripts to have network access and can read/write data? You'll find this in preferences -> general.
