Hi , i have a problem with the workflows please someone help me , i'm currently working with the both software ( premiere + after effect ) ,when i use "replace with after effects composition" for TWO VIDEOS from my timeline in Adobe Premiere , it replaced them as an TWO COMPOSITIONS  in after effect, each VIDEO have its OWN COMPOSITION, now the problem is that i'm trying to apply the "Motion Tile" effect on one of them and the "Output Width +Output Height" is not working on that certain composition , but when i inter into the composition ( meaning the video it self ) it works.

It worked great previously when i did that , does someone have any idea what is happening here ??

Stumbled across this thread while looking for an answer to a completely unrelated question. I had a similar issue with "replace with After Effects Composition" after Adobe somehow managed to bungle it with the 2017 release.

Solution is in this thread. You'll need to bounce the footage back to AE again once you change your settings in Premiere, but once you've gotten that taken care of, everything should work properly again.

Why on Earth does "Replacing With After Effects Composition" give me sequences in AE instead of clips?!

Are you applying an animation preset or an effect?

What happens when you try applying it? You say it "is not working", but that's not very descriptive of what's happening.
