Motion tracking: target object is a bit shaky.

I'm trying to stick a logo to a building using the motion tracking feature. It works OK, but the target object (logo or red rectangle on the video) is a bit shaky. I tracked both position and size. How can I make it more stable? Also, how can I make the perspective of my red rectangle change overtime, to follow the changing vanishing

You may want to try the 3D Camera Tracker effect.

Here's more info: https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/using/tracking-3d-camera-movement.html

I would use Mocha AE, and corner pin track the side of the building.

Here's an introductory course on Mocha. I think you'll have better luck than Camera Tracking. Drill down to the Using Data section after you figure out how to track perspective.

I agree with Rick. This woulkd be a typical case for a palanar track. That aside, the biggest problem in your shot likely is that you may be limiting the tracked area too much. It would be more stable if you used a larger section and perhaps even worked out something using multiple tracks on the few distinct features that are there.

Thanks to you all. I will look into Mocha. I always find it surprising and above all frustrating when a software like AE can't do this kind of routine function and you need to purchase a 3rd party plug-in. I mean, why doesn't Adobe simply purchase Mocha and includes it in AE?

Mocha AE is included. There can be a huge difference in tracking accuracy between a feature (not point) tracker like the default AE track motion and a planar tracker.
