Mouse scroll in rules bar

Hello
I have a different problem, I don't know how to use the mouse scroll in the rules bar when selecting clips from movies. In ae23 it was possible to use "Alt+mouse scroll", do you know how to fix it so that you can scroll this way? "Zoom In and Zoom Out"?

I have a different problemBy @Pqueen92_aep  When you have a different problem, it is more like to be seen and responded to if you create a new thread instead of finding an unrelated thread from five years ago and posting into the middle of it.
