It might help to actually run AE on a system that meets the requirements. Clearly, pretty much everything is wrong here. The low screen resolution alone suggests that this is a small notebook with a tiny screen and inevitably you'll run into all sorts of issues, including AE not being able to draw stuff correctly and having trouble with hardware acceleration functions. This will likely never really work, but of course feel free to experiment with hardware acceleration settings and update your system's graphics driver.
