Need help with the After Effects Interface

Hi, i pressed a button on the side of my screen and all the sudden now it looks like this---

Could anyone help me to look normal again pleaseeee

Thanks for reaching out.

Looks like your workspace is messed up. You can use the menu bar and go to Window > Workspace > Reset "workspace name" to Saved Layout.
