Sorry, I can't see an screen image in your first post.

When you say "sound be good out of AfterEffect, but in AE no sound." That doesn't make sense AE is After Effects, so when do you hear sound and when not?

Note: To hear sound when scrubbing along the timeline, you need to press CMD (Mac) CTRL (PC) while dragging the playhead and make sure the speaker icon is pressed on the layer.

Forgive me for my English, I'm from Russia. Everything is fine on Windows, and other programs, but there is no sound on AE. I tried to do as you said, there is simply no sound. And I attached the screenshot to the very first message, it should work.

Help me understand this a bit more. Do you hear any sound at all in After Effects? Like when you load an audio file or video clip with audio into the Footage viewer (by double clicking) and playing back? Perhaps send a photo of your screen to help further.

Take a look in your Audio Window. Make sure the volume is at a decent level.

Take a look in the Preview Window and expand the options. It is possible you have 'Cache Before Playback' selected.

You can also check the Audio settings the the Preferances. If you have other programs running that also access the audio hardware you can experience problems.

Let me know if either of those suggestions help;)
