NTSC DV Widescreen option not visible in pop up menu

Hi sorry I'm a total beginner at both AE and using Mac. I'm following the "Classroom in a Book 2022" book to learn AE. Now it is asking me to create a composition and to choose NTSC DV Widescreen from the preset pop-up menu. But this option is not there. What do I do?

DV NTSC Widescreen is a non-square legacy format that no modern camera or video system still uses. Just set the comp to HD 1920 X 1080 29.97 fps. That's the standard that replaced the widescreen standard definition television. 

 

Until you thoroughly understand video standards, frame sizes, frame rates, and compression settings, just use the Presets for Comp Size, Render Queue/Output Module, and Media encoder settings. They will keep you safe and give you high-quality results.

    I'm pretty sure the presets have been removed in favor of others since SD formats are barely used anymore or at least they're very low on the list.
