Nvidia Quadro 2000 driver is not compatible with after effects

Hi Adobe,

Good day,

Kindly need your help for my Nvidia driver. My after effects is working before i upgrade my OS from windows 7 to windows 10 64 bit. But as of today after i upgrade my OS my after effects is having an error everytime i open my after effects app. It said that my Nvidia Driver is not compatible to may after effect.

Upon checking to the requirement specs for the after effects the nvidia driver must be version 430.86 or later. But when i check the latest driver for my Nvidia quadro 2000 is only at version 377 only. Badly need help asap thanks

I have the same problem i guess those older card dont support openGL 4.0 and now it is needed... look like we are forced to upgrade video card or downgrade software...

Hi Everyone

Is there any sollution yet? I´m having exactly the same problem with NVIDIA Quadro 2000.

Latest driver is 377 but SystemCompatibilityReport tells me to install 430.86 - which doesn´t fit to my hardware.

If anyone can help, I would be very happy.

1. NVIDIA hat einen Fehler gefunden, durch den die Adobe-Anwendung willkürlich abstürzen kann. Dieser Fehler wird mit Treiberversion 430.86 behoben. Die Installation dieses Updates wird dringend empfohlen.

Unfortunately, the driver version stated in that URL pertains to nVidia's GTX/RTX line of GPUs. Your Quadro driver version is different. For now, please send a Bug Report to let the AE Team know of the misinformation at that URL.

If you've checked with nVidia and you are confident you have the most updated driver for your Quadro then let's leave it as that for now. On your issue after updating, please provide screen grabs of the error message and let us know if you are able to bypass the error message AND work normally in AE.
