Output RGB plus alpha is Gray out.

Hello community I am facing another issue can anybody tell me why my output video RGB + Alpha is Gray out just to keep in mind I am using the new After effects Version 22.1.1 (Build 74) on iMacOS Monterey Version 12.1.

    I finally found the solution. Actually it was by default set to ProRess instead of animation that's why I cannot access RGB + Alpha.
