Overlay graphics plugin for After Effects

I'm filming and editing a fitness course for a client, and they explicitly want overlay graphics throughout the course.

This refers to highlighted muscles (red spots), lines that illustrate certain angles of body parts while in motion, displaying the degrees, lengths, throwing out other information along those lines.

Would you have any suggestion for a  pluging or at least a template that would assist me in this challenge?

Sounds like motion tracking. It'll add quite a bit of time to post. You'll want to use mochaAE, which is bundled with AE.

There is no one click automatic solution. You will have to know how to track motion, use parenting, designed your overlays, understand layering, and most importantly play in the production so that the post is easy.

Search for "UI elements for After Effects" and plenty of options should come back.

Maybe go with what you find as inspiration for what you actually create.  There's a good chance that your client wants something unique to their brand.
