Parallelogram in After Effects?

Hi,

I have 2 questions.

1. Is it possible to transform a rectangle into a parallelogram, or is the only way to create one in AE is to draw it with the pen tool?
2. Is it possible to horizontally stretch a parallelogram without changing the angle of the left and right sides?

(screenshot shows how the side angles change when I try to make the shape longer.)
