after effect cc2022를 사용합니다.

plugin인 particular를 실행하면 화면과 같이 X표시가 뜹니다.

motion factory classic의 particular 또한 사진과 같이 나타납니다. 이유를 알 수 없습니다. 해결방법을 아시는 분이 계실까요?

Podría ser algo relacionado con la GPU, intenta actualizar los drivers. Si puedes danos un poco más de información de tu sistema para intentar ayudarte mejor.
