Perspective Corner Pin Tracking not applying to text box properly

I am trying to apply Track Motion Perspective Corner Pin to a text box and for some reason, it moves the box out of the compsition and applies a box or mask around it. I can drag the text box back onto the composition but it adds a crop to the box. It works fine when I apply Motion Target to a regular box or image, but it doesn't work on any text boxes. Would anyone happen to know why this happens? All I have are Corner Pins and Positioning applied to the text layer.

The platform I'm using to code the video in requires the layer not to be precomped.

I test the Motion Perspective Corner Pin on a pre-comp with a text layer and seems to work perfectly so why you have an issue using a pre-comp? are you sure your text pre-comp size is similar to your text layer?

Are you using Mocha AE for corner pin tracking?

I am using the native Tracker in AE. Mocha AE seems to be givng me the same issue where it crops the boxes as well. I am trying to track a card and apply corner pins to replace it with an image and editable text box (which I did initially do in MOCHA) but I was having issues applying it to text boxes where it would skew the boxes or it would crop it. When I drag the text box around, it gets masked or cropped to the shape of the track but there is no mask layer applied and I can not move the "mask" around.

It is your video background scaled? Tracking data must be analyzed in original content to get real transformation values, otherway tracking data could be unusable. Anyway, I would like to test your project file. Any way to share with us?
