Please anyone help me ... 😞

Like this animation, I want to make black on the inside and red on the outside..

However, if you use the widely known method, "Saver Effect," it looks like the picture below. There is a white flash between the cracks, so I can't make a black effect..

I want to create an aura effect of the red + black combination..

I just can't figure it out... Please help me..

With your character layer selected, go to Layer > Layer Styles > Outer Glow.

This will give you a glow outside your character, without any of the texture that's in the lower images

What do you want with Saber? That's simply some black background with an inner glow, not a plug-in.
