Plug In issue and 23:46

Hi,

 

After effects 2021 is installed in my laptop and turn this on to do something. 

And a notice window pops up and shows that all Plug-Ins is not detected even though all are installed in my laptop in right folder. 

How can I re direct it? or How can I sort out?

 

Moreover, there is uni code issue(23:46) in After effects as well.

I make sure that unicode UTF-8 box is unchecked. 

Please help me out.

Start by installing AE in your language (Korean?) And make sure you have sufficient user privileges and folder permissions. You can always switch the language back to English later.
