Plug-ins folder is there anymore

My after effects says I need to delete a double installed plugin, but when I follow the path I get stuck in the common folder (dead end), see screenshot.

I need to fix this because Ae is crashing

Looks like you're in the User Library. You need to go into the System Library. Open Finder and click on GO in the menu bar, select Go to Folder and type in "/Library/".
