I'm not sure what you're asking specifically, but it sounds like you're referring to pirated software. Both Element 3D and Trapcode Particular are two separate plug-ins that need to be purchased legitimately. Yes, they're both quite pricey, but piracy isn't condoned in this forum. If you have a legitimate license of After Effects then you also have access to several native particle plug-ins, as well as a light version of Cinema 4D to do some 3D work in, all at no extra cost.
