I have had this issue since I first got adobe after effects (2021). When I render my videos through adobe media encoder, There are these weird popping sounds in the audio, almost like the sound music makes if you pull on your headphone wires too hard. I used to use handbrake and did not really notice the issue, but sometimes I will notice the glitch before I even render. even if I delete the audio and get a new one without the glitches, it still happens when I render. The glitch happens a lot more on a precomposed duplicate of a clip (like if i were doing a looped edit) but even without duplicated clips, the glitch still happens. I am providing a video so hopefull that works. (you will need headphones to clearly hear it)

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the After Effects forum so that proper help can be offered.
