Position on AE camera does not have the stopwatch to enable keyframes

Hello everyone, my name is Justin, and I am new to After Effects.

 

I am trying to do a 2.5D animation, and I want my Camera angles to move through time. I noticed that when I select my Camera and press "P", the position parameter shows, but it doesn't have the stopwatch next to it. This means that I cannot animate the position. Is there a setting I need to change to be able to see the stopwatch?

I cannot seem to animate the Position Parameter. I cannot add keyframes because the stop watch is not there

That's unexpected.  Which verson number of After Effects is this and under what operating system?

What happens if you use the keyboard short cut to create a Position keyframe for the selected layer?  So, option + p, macOS or alt + p, Windows.
