Premier pro & after effects not responding - Mac

Hello ,

Can someone help me with this issue of mine..i have transferred all my data to external hard drive when internal storage is full & from then i have this problem...premier pro & after effects on creative cloud cc are not responding - tried installing , reinstalling - even then the same problem.
