Premiere Pro and After Effects Workflow

Hello, I am currently editing on premiere pro and i want to use adobe's dynamic link with After effects to make a text motion tracking, but when i replace my premiere pro clip with a after effects composition, in after effects i don't have the clip but a composition in the after effects composition that contains my clip, and that's the problem, i can't use the automatic tracking function in after effects on a composition although i've watched many videos in youtube and everyone using this workflow has the clips indevedually in their after effects compotsition. Does anyone have a solution ?

If you enable "Scale to frame size" for that clip in Premiere Pro, and replace that clip with an Ae composition, it will be interpreted as a composition inside of AE:

Thanks, that worked it was the case for me because i downgraded 4k footage into 1080p

You can use the next command (Set to frame size) which will work fine with Ae
