Pro Shaders 2 Plugin error

I just got Pro Shaders 2 and I keep on recieving this error code, does anyone know what it means

 

and yes, I do have element 3d, so idk what is wrong

    You have to take it up with the Video CoPilot support, but based on your screenshot suggesting you use Windows 11 you may want to start by checking your user folder and the Documents sub-folder(s). This stuff has changed and the installer may run into some weird permission issue or some sub-folders being hidden.
