Problem with exporting and preview in AE 2023

Hey everyone and thank you ahead of time for your help. I started a new job and with recommendations, they got me a Lenovo Legion, it has an Intel core i9-12900H, inner memory of 32G, SSD 1TB, NVIDIA Gforse RTX 3070 8G.

I've been having so many problems with green flickering in the preview and also when I render also when rendering the video will have glitches. I tried to redownload drivers, and Lenovo even gave me a new laptop. it's so frustrating. it's not like I'm doing compositing for a Marvel movie, I'm doing super simple ads for social media. I'm really desperate here, I just want to come to my new job after a year of unemployment and work.
