Start by checking your hardware acceleration settings and update your system's graphics driver. Anything more than that wil lrequire proper system info and other details, though your extremely compressed interface simply makes me thing that this is some cheap laptop that just may not be equipped to handle AE.

Dices que al rato se te crachea la aplicación y veo que no has guardado el proyecto, posiblemete necesites guardar el proyecto para que al llenarse la memoria RAM en la previsualización (rayita verde) la aplicación no se colapse.
