Proress 4444 RAW DPX from AE to Nuke. Help

Hello! I'm exporting a Proress 4444 clip to a DNX 12bit sequence.

Slate and frames match up perfectly but there is compression on the After Effects DNX file when compared to a DNX frame exported from Nuke. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Atteached below is what I've used in AE and a Nuke frame comparison.

My deadline is fast aproaching.
