Question about fees

Hello please help!

My case in adobe was ok, they sais if i will be charged they will help me with refund.

However today I got that message  - attachment

What is this about?

Will I pay another fees? 145E is for cancelling.

Is it possible that adobe will want 145 every month if i will not have enough money and more - (like is there some other hidden taxes for paying late etc.?¨)
