Hello, I am trying to change setting to make it longer, but it still short. I try to make it two min but it doesn't work. Then I add 20 min a still not working.

Are you moving the zoom slider after you change the composition length?

On The bottom left of the timeline there are 4 triangles with a slider in between them. Try the slider and see if there is more room in your composition.

Honestly that's never happened to me. Try restarting After Effects, and if that doesn't work make a new composition with your desired duration and copy your layers from the old one into it.
