"The directory originally specified in the selected output module..."

I have After Effects CC and am just now starting to get the render issue. I haven't changed any settings and all of a sudden it just decides to not let me render anymore. I've been googling around for the passed 3 hours trying to find answers. The only answer I've found is that Adobe has had this render issue for years and still can't seem to figure it out. Anybody have any tips?

If any of you Adobe support people see this... no the issue has not been resolved, and yes I would like help from a human in English who knows what issue I'm talking about. Thank you.
