      I used to work with AE with no problems, but now I get this error, I have 32gb of ram and I think its enough, also my pc is a high end.

        What are you system details? How much RAM do you have? Is this during export, or during a preview? Do you have other Adobe applications open at the same time? 

         

        The error message is stating the problem. There isn't enough memory to render the frame you're trying to render.
