Rec 709 for broadcast and sRGB for web? Do I deliver 2 videos?

If I'm exporting a video for broadcast that will also eventually end up on Youtube do I need to deliver 2 versions of the video with different color settings?

As far as I can tell, exports with the Working Color Space set to sRGB look correct on Youtube but Rec 709 looks washed out. BUT broadcast television apparently still looks best with the Rec 709 color settings.

For those of you who do deliver for broadcast and web, do you deliver 2 versions?

In theory there should be no need for two videos. As long as the colors don't exceed the ranges, it should look the same. YouTube making a mess of it is probably down to the meta data, but I haven't uploaded anything to YT in years, so I don't know how to make it behave. In case of doubt play it safe and provide two videos.

I would love to just set my Working Color Space to Rec. 709 Gamma 2.4 and be done with it but unfortunately those exports look noticeably brighter on YouTube (and other apps like PotPlayer).

I exported 2 clips from a project, one Rec. 709 Gamma 2.4 and the other sRGB IEC61966-2.1, and opened them in different apps to illustrate the gamma shift from app to app.
All the of the below images are screenshots I took of the clip in apps listed:

In After Effects, Rec. 709 Gamma 2.4 and sRGB IEC61966-2.1 look the nearly identical for the shot above but there are clear differences in how they display in other apps after exporting.

If people are exporting Rec. 709 Gamma 2.4 from After Effects and having it display on Youtube exactly as they see it in After Effects I would love to know what they're doing differently.

I would also love to know what the best practice here is. If I have my colour workflow set to Rec.709 Gamma 2.4 accross the board, everything looks fine in Adobe's apps. When I view the files in various media players and on YouTube, the brightness is shifting. What is the best approach here? Thank you.
