ReelSmart Motion Blur smear bug.

Hey, guys, after reinstalling my OS recently, RSMB plugin I use in my compositions gives me a smear bug like that(it appears with any settings):

For example, on the image above u can see that RSMB works normally and have no bug, but the next frame it becomes that:

If someone know how to solve that, please help!

Personally, I think after effects own 'pixel motion blur' is more stable than this plugin. And does the same thing.

Impossible to say. You have not provided any useful info, most critically about framerates in your comp and source footage. Typically these smears indicate jumps between frames, where the discrepancy is too big to calculate a consistent direction vector and messed up framerates can easily explain that.
