Regarding After effects installation to windows 8.1

Simply I cannot install After Effects to Windows 8.1 due to After Effects compatibility.

How can i install after effect to win 8.1 ? 

I would like to ask where i can get older version of After effects.

Please help me.

by the way, I am using personal adobe id, not for enterprises.

There's a good reason why you can't run AE  2020 under Win 8:  it won't work with that OS.  Look at the System Requirements:

If you MUST use Win 8, you must also use an eariler version of After Effects.  It appears this is the most recent version you can run on Win 8:

but i don't have plan to upgrade my OS so far. because it costs too.

And actually I cannot even find the download link for the earlier version of AE in creative cloud application.

is it still available for creative cloud subscribers?

As far as I know, the only versions no longer available are CS6 (aka Version 11) and earlier.

Adobe removed the ability to download/install any version before CC 2018. Unless you already have it on your computer, you cannot get it again. They're basically making everyone upgrade to support the new features it sounds like.
