Remove camera animation from template

Hi,
I'm new to AF, and I use templates.
For ex, it is a title template, I want to keep everything except the camera movement.
But I can't see any parameters for this, so I can't delete it.

Can you help locate the parameter for the camera please?

Thank you.

I was also wondering if there was a search function so we could find cameras in the scene.

You can search a timeline using the Timeline search field. You can also expand a flowchart (Shift + Ctrl/Cmnd + F11  or the Composition Menu) by clicking the plus button and just looking. If you double-click any layer in the flow chart, it will open that comp and select that layer. You can also see everything that is going on in the composition if you drill down through the flowchart.

This is one of the flowcharts from a project I did a while ago.

If I wanted to make adjustments to a Puppet Pin effect applied somewhere in the comp, the flow chart would show me that layers 8, 9, and 10 in the Repair comp had Puppet as an effect, but I had t dig through 4 levels of nested comps to find the effect. Double-clicking on any of those layers in the 6th column in the Flow Chart would open that comp. I can also see that the original source for the puppet pin animation was a Photoshop file.

Flow charts are a very valuable tool in locating and adjusting effects and animations in a complex comp. That master comp had 16 nested comps. All of those comps also contained nested comps. It was a very complex project that took me several days to complete. Without the flowchart for reference, it would be nearly impossible to find the things that the client wanted to change in the project.

Really thank you for your explanation. That would solve my issue I'm sure.
Best!

First of all, thanks to both of you for taking the time to write this detailed answer.
I think I begin to have an idea of what you mean by "shy layer", not sure though. You mean it is hidden or not labelled as camera layer?
Right now I'm searching for a clear screenshot so I can send it to you.

Start with the Composition/Composition Flow Chart menu. Expand everything and look for the camera. When you find the camera, double-click to open the comp with the camera. It might be a shy layer, so if it does not show up, make sure to check the Timeline switch bar at the top to show shy layers. Don't delete the camera; just turn off the eyeball and check to see if the main comp still works. If I had designed the composition, turning off the main camera would probably foul everything else up.

If there are problems with the animation, you'll have to fix every layer that got fouled up. If everything else works, but the framing is off, you'll have to duplicate your camera and remove any camera animation after the first frame.

Without seeing embedded (not browsed and attached because they have to be downloaded to see) screenshots of the Main comp and the comp with the camera showing the modified properties of the camera layer, it is impossible to give you detailed instructions. Just copy the screenshots and paste them into the reply field so that we can see them,  and if you can, share a link to the template.

It's hard to give you an answer without a screen shot of your timeline. I'd try deselecting any shy guy switches to see if you can find your camera. If you select the camera and type "U" you should be able to find the stop watches/keyframes for the camera. If you turn off the stop watches on the camera it should remove any motion.
