Render button grayed out

I'm running After Effects in windows 10 and I went to Add To Render Queue and the render button is greyed out, I will attach a picture below.

How do you expect After Effects to render when you haven't told it where it should render to?

As Dave says, you have not selected an output directory for your renders. Click on the blue words "Not yet specified" to select a folder for your renders. Then render button will be available
