Rendering error After Effects & Media Encoder

Hi, it seems I can not export and render anything from After Effects to Media Encoder anymore. 

 

I get an error:
After Effects: AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature. Go to....

This is strange because it has worked before.
I've updatedAdobe software, both AfterEffects and Media Encoder.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled both... 

Is there anyone who could help me out here?

    Are you on macOS or Windows? Does it happen with all the projects? If you're on macOS, try changing the permissions as suggested in the following article: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-bugs/after-effects-23-6-and-24-0-not-starting-on-macos-14-sonoma/idi-p/14139194
