Hi, I need to download After Effects version 23.6.2 for my workflow. I cannot find this version in the Creative Cloud app under “Other Versions.”

Is it possible to download this specific version? I would greatly appreciate your help!

contact adobe support directly i contacted them last wek and they gave me 23.0.0 i'm sure they could get you 23.6.2

Hello, im currently in a situation where i need to have After effects but my computer isn't supporting the lates version of Ae.

Im on a Macbook Pro 2,5 GHz Intel Core i7 4 hearth, 16 Go 1600 MHz DDR3 and a graphic card of NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 Go Intel Iris Pro 1536 Mo

currently running under macOS 10.15.7 Catalina

So i think i need to download the 23.6 version of Ae to be compatible with my macbook

but the thing is Idk where to contact the staff of adobe to solve this probleme 😕😕

for you if needed and anyone else who comes across this form page in the future 😄
call them, follow the dial instructions, and tell the customer service person that you need to download whatever apps you need in 23 version. they'll ask for your email and send you download links for all you need!
