Reset Camera/Light Properties to Default?

Howdy folks, 

When I create a new Light or Camera, it automatically puts in the settings from the last Light/Camera I created. How can I get it back to the default settings?

For the camera you can use the presets in the "New camera" panel. For lights there is no such thing.
