Any clue how to get these to consistently bind?. Doesn't seem to matter what i do but the controllers always end up far away from my art layers. I think I may be missing something because sometimes it works and other times it doesn't work at all. Any help or leads on this tool would be greatly appreciated!

If you are talking about anchor points then you have probably reset them or fouled something else up.

Without a screenshot showing the modified properties (press the U key twice) of the layers, you are having problems with we have no idea what is going on. There are a zillion possible user errors that could make it difficult to control your animations. Just print screen and paste to the forum or drag a screenshot to the reply field. It couldn't be easier.

there is my scene i've gotten a similar file working but for some reason i can't figure out whats happening on this particular one. I haven't really touched anything but the anchor point and position, in that order, get it centered up like that and try to bind, and it sends the controllers off into the oblivion...
