Today i bought my new card (Saphire Radeon RX 580).

I have problem in After Effects. I can't use it in preview in GPU Acceleration. In project settings i can use GPU Acceleration.

Also in Media Encoder i can use it.

And in Premiere, i have OpenCL Mercury GPU Acceleration.

What can i do?

Thank you.

Hi giorgosi40869264,

You're looking at the wrong preference. Go to File > Project Settings > Video Rendering and Effects and see if you can use Mercury GPU Acceleration?

The preference that you're looking for is for Ray-tracing which is depleted from After Effects. More info here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/ae-17-0-no-3d-ray-traced-option/td-p/10736136

In other words, this is not a problem.

Thanks,

Rameez

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
