sapphire plugin's s_glow effect

Hi there! I just want to ask why this happens everytime I add the effect "s_glow" to my texts.

I've looked everywhere from youtube to google but it seems like it's not a common bug.

Other than just expanding the border also consider pre-composing, a common practice to get many such effects to behave correctly.
