Screen goes black when I move my mouse

When I first open a project, depending on the project weight my monitor goes black for a second whenever I move my cursor. I can't find a solution to this problem for over a month now.

    Hello I'm having the same issue so i'll answer on my end.

    I have a i7 9700KF, a GTX 1660 Super, 24Go of RAM, on the lastest version of Win11

    I tried reccording it but the screen going black doesn't show in the video, where everything looks fine.

    Also it seems to happen only when my mouse hover over the tab with all the layers and compositions at the bottom
