Hello there, im looking for some help with designing an effect with a pattern can anyone help me ?

It's a diffusion noise based on a "game of life" algorithm. I'm not aware of any specific effect that recreates it exactly inb AE, but layering a bunch of swirly Fraktal Noises and massaging them with effects to control the contrast might give something similar. Otherwise you may need to resort to other tools and just generate the texture there.
